Responsibilities - Auto Service Advisor:
Guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise on service options and costs, schedule service, greet customers, answer questions, offer special promotions, follow vehicle from service bay entry to completion, and ensure customer satisfaction.This multifaceted role involves providing exceptional customer service, promoting our service offerings, and assisting customers in resolving inquiries and issues.
Requirements - Auto Service Advisor:
Excellent customer service, communication, computer, and sales skillsCDK and/or Xtime experience is preferredA positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearanceTeam participantValid driver's license and insurableHigh school diploma or equivalent
