Responsible for the success and profitability of vehicle sales, sales team management and moreHire, train and manage a high-performance sales teamDrive sales and produce resultsDesk dealsManage used car inventory levels and days in stockAppraise and buy carsPurchase used carsManage certified pre-owned programWork with Parts & Service Director to shepherd used cars through reconditioningCoordinate sales of all wholesale vehiclesOrder new vehiclesMonitor contracts in transit listsQualifications - Auto Sales Manager/GSM:

Auto Sales Manager/GSM experience is requiredStrong leadership, sales management, and closing skillsTeam builderOutgoing with excellent communication, presentation and social media skillsStrong work ethic and self-motivated to succeedProficient in computing and quoting sales priceUnderstands dealership operations including all aspects of sales and financeProfessional demeanor and appearanceDedicated to providing exceptional customer service - before, during and after a saleValid driver's license and insuranceBenefits:
