ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their building automation needs are met efficiently and effectively.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial mechanical construction sector, focusing on building automation systems.Provide advanced technical support and consultation to clients regarding building automation controls, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, from initial client consultation to installation and maintenance.Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in building automation technology to offer innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications
Must be a local candidate with a demonstrated stable work history in the industry.In-depth knowledge of building automation systems such as Tridium Niagara, Distech, Alerton, ALC, Johnson Controls Metasys, Bacnet, Trane, and Schneider Electric.Proficient in software tools such as Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, and Autodesk software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.Proven experience in a similar role within the commercial mechanical construction sector, focusing on building automation.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and effectively collaborate with team members.
