The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including HRIS data management, onboarding, event planning and execution, and performance review administration. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.You may be hired as a HR Generalist, or Sr. HR Generalist based on your depth of skill and breadth of experience.What will you do?Lead the onboarding process for new hires, including coordination with IT, Talent Acquisition, and scheduling of orientation for new hires.Monitor and improve the onboarding experience based on feedback and best practices.Maintain and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making processes.Troubleshoot HRIS issues and coordinate with the IT department or external vendors to resolve them.Ensure data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations.Assist in the development and implementation of performance review processes and tools.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.Coordinate logistics of events as needed, such as venue selection, catering, and materials preparation.This is an onsite position at either our office in Charleston, SC or San Diego, CA.What education and experience do you need?A combination of the following education and experience factors will be considered:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar HR role.Proficiency in HRIS software (experience with ADP and/or Cornerstone is a plus).Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.Experience with event planning and coordination.Familiarity with performance management systems and HR compliance best practices.What’s in it for me?We don't just offer benefits; we offer a comprehensive and flexible benefits package tailored for you!Dive into a world of cutting-edge healthcare with our comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits, including telehealth services.
