We are seeking a versatile Client Development Manager to work closely with the Chief Client Development and Relationship Officer (“CCRO”) and Client Development (“CD”) Talent & Operations leader to conceptualize and execute strategic initiatives, facilitate decision making across different areas, and prepare executive-ready materials to ensure effective communication with senior stakeholders. The initiatives are aligned to firmwide priorities that strengthen client relationships, enable profitable growth, and drive brand differentiation, including an initial focus on designing and implementing a scaled client feedback program. In this role you will collaborate with Attorneys, Client Development, and Global Operations leaders to shape the initiative scope, approach, and drive at pace execution in a complex and ambiguous environment. It is an ideal role for a top-performer with consultative style, strategic mindset, exceptional storytelling skills, outcome-orientation, and a willingness to roll-up-their sleeves.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with CCRO, CD Talent & Operations lead, and other senior leaders to:Outline and prioritize strategic initiatives, plans, with supporting business cases (as needed)Shape and drive alignment on the scope and approach for core strategic initiatives, including current state analysis, future state design, technology requirements, execution plans, and success measures.Lead the planning and execution of the in-scope initiatives, starting with Client Feedback. Oversee processes related to client visits with the Chair of the firm, including nominations, selections, and visit preparations, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience. In addition, build a plan to scale the overall client feedback program.Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and impactful narratives for Senior Executive consumption.Drive firmwide change management and adoption of new ideas, processes, and technology.Regularly interact with senior leaders and subject matter experts, with an opportunity to learn from colleagues all over the world.Build deep relationships to effectively bring together diverse multi-disciplinary teams from across the firm to deliver on the identified outcomes.Communicate complex concepts, anticipate potential objections, and influence others to drive consensus.Who You Are

Professional services industry with minimum 5-7 years of experienceMinimum BA, BS or equivalentExperience supporting senior executives with day-to-day operational and strategic priorities in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated success in supporting the design and deployment of holistic programs (policy, people, process, technology, change management)Strong analytical, project ownership, and organizational skills; a strategic thinker who takes initiative and has a can-do attitude.Tech savvy with ability to articulate how it will drive value for the clients and incorporate it in future state design.Ability to draw relevant and actionable insights from qualitative and quantitative data.Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage activities and next steps across several client workstreams with a real line of sight to outcomes.Exceptional listening, storytelling, and oral/written communication capabilities for Executive-level stakeholders across different formats; with high attention to detail.Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and quickly establish trust.Exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information; comfortable articulating where you need help.Flexibility and comfort with ambiguity in a highly matrixed setup; openness to new and innovative ideas and to change.Proactive, creative, self-starter.Power-user of core Microsoft suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), comfortable with CRM system functionality, and stay abreast with new evolving technologies (including AI).Benefits And More
