Their clientele includes Fortune 1000 companies and mid-size organizations in the financial security, telecommunications, and healthcare sectors.Mandatory Requirements:10+ years of experience in operations management within the high-tech manufacturing industry.Proven track record of leadership and operational excellence.Strong understanding of supply chain management, procurement, and logistics.Expertise in quality assurance and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (required).Master’s degree or MBA (preferred).Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategic plans for organizational growth and expansion.Oversee and lead day-to-day operations of the organization.Spearhead initiatives to keep the company at the forefront of industry trends and technological advancements.Explore initiatives to diversify the company's offerings or expand into adjacent markets to future-proof the business.Lead cross-functional initiatives that leverage diverse skill sets to solve complex, future-oriented challenges.Cultivate a team of top-tier talent across all levels of the organization who are passionate about innovation and bringing the future to life.Implement regular cross-functional leadership meetings to align goals, share insights, and solve complex problems collaboratively.Create an environment that encourages calculated risk-taking and inspires team members to push technical boundaries.Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology development and implementation.
