We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team and oversee the operational functions of our organization.Position Overview:The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational future of our company. This executive-level position requires a strategic leader with a proven track record of success in healthcare operations. The COO will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities, providing strategic guidance, and leading operational initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Operational Leadership:Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the organization’s vision and goals.Provide strategic operational input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.Advise the CEO and other senior management on operational planning, resource allocation, and policy matters.Drive operational transformation initiatives to enhance organizational performance and efficiency.Operational Management:Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with healthcare regulations.Manage the processes for operational planning and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Develop policies and procedures to enhance operational excellence and overall service delivery.Ensure effective internal controls are in place and compliance with applicable laws and regulations for operational activities.Quality Improvement:Lead initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes, service delivery, and operational efficiency.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and inform strategic decisions.Team Leadership and Development:Lead and develop a high-performing management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach: assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities, and monitor and evaluate results.Qualifications/Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a COO or in a senior operational leadership role within the healthcare industry.Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing operational team.Strong understanding of healthcare operations and regulations.Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and organizational skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity.Education:Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is required.Why Join Us:Innovative Environment:
