The organization is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join the executive team and oversee the operational functions of the organization. Please note: Only candidates with a strong background in healthcare operations will be considered for this position.Position Overview:The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will play a critical role in shaping the operational future of our company. This executive-level position requires a strategic leader who has demonstrated success in healthcare operations. The COO will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities, providing strategic guidance, and leading operational initiatives.

Candidates from industries outside of healthcare will not be considered.Key Responsibilities/

Strategic Operational Leadership:Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the organization’s vision and goals.Provide strategic operational input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.Advise the CEO and other senior management on operational planning, resource allocation, and policy matters.Drive operational transformation initiatives to enhance organizational performance and efficiency.Operational Management:Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with healthcare regulations.Manage the processes for operational planning and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Develop policies and procedures to enhance operational excellence and overall service delivery.Ensure effective internal controls are in place and compliance with applicable laws and regulations for operational activities.Quality Improvement:Lead initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes, service delivery, and operational efficiency.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and inform strategic decisions.Team Leadership and Development:Lead and develop a high-performing management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach: assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities, and monitor and evaluate results.Qualifications/Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a COO or in a senior operational leadership role within the healthcare industry is REQUIRED.Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing operational team.Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and best practices.Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and organizational skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate complexity effectively.Education:Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is required.Why Join Us:Stable Environment: Be part of a respected and established organization committed to providing outstanding healthcare services.Career Growth: Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within a growing company.Impact: Play a crucial role in shaping the operational strategies that will drive our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services.Confidentiality Notice: All applications will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
