We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role is crucial in driving operational excellence, leading a lean and effective team, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.Position Summary:

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee all operational activities, ensuring seamless execution across equipment manufacturing, materials production, supply chain management, logistics, and quality assurance. As a key member of the executive team, the COO will work closely with the CEO and other leaders to develop and implement strategic plans that align with company objectives and market trends.Key Responsibilities:Operational Management:

Direct all operational aspects, including equipment manufacturing, materials production, supply chain management, vendor partnership development, logistics, and quality assurance.Strategic Leadership:

Partner with the executive team to formulate and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals and market dynamics.Performance Optimization:

Continuously assess operational performance, implementing strategies to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency across all functions.Team Development:

Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.Qualifications:Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree such as an MBA or MSc/MEng is preferred.Experience:

A minimum of 5 years in an executive or VP-level role with responsibility for operations in manufacturing and production of equipment. Experience in companies providing capital equipment and related technology services in the chemicals, minerals, and/or commodities sectors is strongly preferred.Leadership:

Demonstrated success in leading and supervising multidisciplinary teams, ideally within the manufacturing, chemicals, water processing, or minerals industries.Business Acumen:

Strong ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans and measurable results.Communication:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally, resolve conflicts, build stakeholder consensus, and negotiate effectively.Adaptability:

Proven flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
