In this critical role, you will partner with Technology and Finance colleagues to provide a wide range of Finance support.In this role you will get to:Support the Senior Director, Finance IT to ensure timely completion of and excellence in:Building the annual planning and budgeting process for the Technology, in tight collaboration with Priceline's FP&A team.Tracking all planned and unplanned expenditures including external contractors, software contracts and services.Provide budgeting support for our Infrastructure & Operations team, including supporting all accruals, month-end closes and forecast submissions for the team ensuring transparency regarding forecast favorability or unfavorability.Partner with Procurement and Legal to shepherd hardware and software orders, contract renewals and new requests for purchases as assigned.Ensuring accurate and current information is shared broadly with senior leaders and stakeholders.Promoting and utilizing business intelligence reporting and metrics, acting as an ambassador for measurement, accountability and a disciplined approach to process improvement throughout the Priceline organization.Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide support for special projects, as needed.Who you are:You have 3-5 years of Finance experience in a technology organization (preferably ecommerce).You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or a relevant field of study.You are someone who possesses assertiveness and diplomacy, and achieves team cohesion.You have a proven ability to juggle and balance conflicting priorities, and to meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.You sweat the details and have excellent organizational skills.You have an advanced knowledge of Excel, and ability and interest to learn and use tools such as Hyperion/HFM, Anaplan, Concur and Workday.You have a demonstrated history of living the values important to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.
