Join our world-class, innovative team today.Position Specific DescriptionWe are looking for an innovative, collaborative and results-oriented attorney to join our federal regulatory affairs team, located in Washington, D.C. as a Senior FERC Attorney, who will represent the company before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) on electric matters. The ideal candidate will have law firm or in-house experience representing renewable or other independent generators on electric matters before FERC, with experience handling matters involving FERC’s Office of Enforcement and/or transactions requiring authorization under section 203 of the Federal Power Act considered especially valuable. Experience working at FERC or representing clients that own FERC-regulated transmission assets is also highly valued.Job Overview

• Provides written and oral legal advice to clients• Anticipates and guards against legal risks involving the organization• Works to ensure budget compliance and avoids the need for outside counsel• Ensures disclosure of potentially material legal issues to senior leadership• Performs other job-related duties as assignedRequired Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position is $196,000.00 to $294,000.00 per year. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.Employee Group:
