We are looking for ambitious and smart individuals to join one of our many specialized teams in Hartford, CT.Responsibilities:Review and identify claims with subrogation potential.Communicate subrogation needs and investigation strategies to front-line adjusters.Collect and upload supporting documentation for subrogation.Issue notices in accordance with client requirements and state-specific regulations.Provide detailed updates on claim status.Negotiate and settle worker’s compensation subrogation claims with attorneys, adverse carriers, or at-fault parties.Provide strategic recommendations to clients and their stakeholders.Qualifications:1-3 years’ experience in General Liability, Personal Injury, Products Liability, or Workers’ Compensation Claims.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.Strong written and verbal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.As the role grows, ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges and responsibilities.Proficient with Microsoft Office and PDFs.Base Salary Range Disclaimer:
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the EXL base salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location and experience. The base salary range listed is just one component of EXL's total compensation package for employees.
