We are looking for ambitious and smart individuals to join one of our many specialized teams in Hartford, CT.Responsibilities:Review and identify claims with subrogation potential.Communicate subrogation needs and investigation strategies to front-line adjusters.Collect and upload supporting documentation for subrogation.Issue notices in accordance with client requirements and state-specific regulations.Provide detailed updates on claim status.Negotiate and settle worker’s compensation subrogation claims with attorneys, adverse carriers, or at-fault parties.Provide strategic recommendations to clients and their stakeholders.Qualifications:1-3 years’ experience in General Liability, Personal Injury, Products Liability, or Workers’ Compensation Claims.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.Strong written and verbal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.As the role grows, ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges and responsibilities.Proficient with Microsoft Office and PDFs.Base Salary Range Disclaimer:

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location and experience.
