Job Responsibilities:
Analyze reporting requirements to determine development methods, development templates, and report design.
Workday Reporting expert with deep knowledge of the Workday ecosystem, including HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Talent, Payroll, and Absence and Time Tracking.
Use best practices and industry standards in developing custom reports and calculated fields.
Partner with other report developers and functional experts to understand current demands of the business.
Work with technology/security teams to define and create calculated fields, security policies and other Workday objects to support the evolving reporting needs of the organization
Troubleshoot report related day to day transactions and doing tier II support as well for any requests that may come in from various teams and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Maintain proper change management documentation to satisfy the company’s internal/external audit controls.
Mentor less experienced team members on the team in writing reports and building calculated field.
Skills and Experience Required:
Required:
3+ years of hand-on experience in Report Writing in HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Talent, Payroll, and Absence and Time Tracking.
Proficient in Advanced, Matrix and Composite Reports.
Experience with Workday Dashboards, Worksheets, Prism and Discovery Board.
Advanced proficiency in building complex calculated field.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Desired:
Proficiency in using the Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), BIRT and Workday Studio.
Workday Pro certification desired
