We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Representative to join our team. The Technical Support Representative will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers over the phone, email, or chat channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and a passion for helping customers resolve their technical issues.Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues related to products or services.Provide step-by-step guidance to customers on resolving technical problems, including software installations, configuration settings, and troubleshooting procedures.Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation and resolution.Follow up with customers to ensure that their technical issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.Provide product training and assistance to customers as needed.Stay informed about product updates, new features, and technical specifications.Meet or exceed performance metrics, including average handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in a technical field is a plus.Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and network troubleshooting.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.Benefits:
