Responsible for monitoring and tracking all processes. Run queries and maintain reports. Train new employees and keep up with the correspondence training material. Assist the supervisor with additional projects/tasks. This is a remote position.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:Create & maintain reports in worksheets and formulas in ExcelMerge documents from different operating sources, utilizing MS-Word Mail MergeCompile specific supporting documents to send with correspondenceMonitor and track completion of all processesResponsible for training all new analystsResponsible for keeping training material up to dateTrack analyst errors and create corrective measuresComply with all safety rules/regulations, in conjunction with the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (“IIPP”), as well as maintain HIPAA complianceAdditional duties/responsibilities as assignedKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Knowledge of HIPAA regulationsExcellent organizational skillsEffective and professional communication skillsDemonstrated leadership, problem solving, and analytical skillsAbility to think and work independently, while working in an overall team environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced/production environmentProficient in Microsoft OfficeEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:High school diploma, or equivalentExperience in Excel with filtering, formulas & Pivot TablesPAY RANGE:

CorVel uses a market-based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during the interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
