The objective of this position is to provide focus and integration of data from Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales to produce accurate and timely forecasts that can be used for operations and logistics. Build strong and trusting relationships with the key stake holders within the Forecasting process.Responsibilities:Detailed understanding of Demantra and ASCP, including understanding of the key inputs and outputs of the forecasting process.Manages the Forecast for all Everyday items for assigned BrandsGather and incorporate all sources of market intelligence resulting from collaborative discussions with multiple functional groups to produce the best possible operational forecastMonitor and adjust Forecast for Seasonal Items, using the “fixed” numbers provided from Marketing and Sales.Reports any Forecast Adjustments to Marketing and ManufacturingWeekly, Daily, Monitoring of Forecast and making adjustments if needed.Provide direction to Operations when there are issues around any Demand within the systemReport and Monitor Excess FG inventory for Seasonal and Customer Specific materials, work with the Marketing group on disposition of this material.Interface with the Material Planners on “Do Not Purchase” items, ensuring we are not over purchasing.Manage and Lead Weekly Demand Planning MeetingsCreate, update and monitor process KPIs and diagnostics to assure continual forecast improvement efforts.Develop and Lead the PLM processRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or relevant work experienceStrong interpersonal and analytical skillsERP System (Oracle Preferred)Minimum 2 years of experience in a demand planning/forecasting roleIntermediate or expert use of Microsoft excel
