Accounts Payable Clerk
Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven, and experienced Accounts Payable Clerk. The purpose of the Accounts Payable Clerk is to process vendor payments in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities
Enter and maintain invoices
Verify invoices match purchase orders
Reconcile vendor statements and issue timely vendor payments
Setup and maintain vendor files
Verify approval for invoices
Prepare accounts payable checks either individually or by batch
Reconcile statements against ledger to ensure accuracy
Communicate with vendors on any discrepancies
Assist with monthly accounts payable close out
Sort and file all accounts payable paperwork
Education and/or Experience
High School or General Education Degree (GED); and one year of automotive accounts payable experience.
