Due to the ongoing success of this initiative, we are currently looking for highly skilled and motivated Process Engineers to join our dedicated team in harnessing the power of organic waste to produce clean energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Position Overview:

As a Process Engineer in our Energy Conversion team, you will apply your comprehensive process experience to the development and optimisation of biogas and biomethane systems, technologies and project opportunities. Your deep scheme and system understanding will enable you to assess project feasibility, develop designs and deliver solutions at the forefront of the biogas and biomethane revolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute energy conversion projects that align with client goals and regulatory standards.

Conduct detailed process simulations, feasibility studies, and technical assessments to identify opportunities for process improvement and energy optimisation.

Design and evaluate equipment and systems for energy conversion, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

Provide technical expertise in areas such as gasification, pyrolysis, combustion, and other advanced energy conversion technologies.

Lead and participate in site visits, data collection, and analysis to identify operational challenges and develop effective solutions.

Prepare comprehensive reports, technical documentation, and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project progress to clients and stakeholders.

Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments related to energy conversion and sustainability.

Foster a culture of safety, innovation, and collaboration within the team and across the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in designing and optimizing energy conversion processes, preferably in renewable energy or sustainable technologies.

Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and other relevant engineering tools.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop practical solutions.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
