As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Siloam Springs, AR facility, you will be the Plant Controller.Key responsibilities (to name a few):

Manage month-end close, including preparation/coordination of monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.Manage annual budget activities including labor and overhead expenses and standard costing of products.Manage weekly and monthly forecasting activities.Coordinate & prepare month-end, quarter-end, and annual financial reports (traditional & flex models).Support local Operations & Corporate Finance Teams with daily/weekly/monthly operational & financial metrics.Prepare weekly/monthly forecasts.Assist local Engineering/Operations with capital projects approval requests.Ensure local compliance with accounting policies, Sox, and other corporate policies.Coordinate local product costing, payroll, A/P, and fixed asset management.Manage and develop finance team.Other duties as assigned.ABOUT YOU:

Bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a focus in Finance and/or Accounting.Strong skillset with Excel (Pivot Tables, V-lookups, SQL Queries).3+ years of Manufacturing Accounting experience.Oracle experience strongly preferred.Experience with standard product cost accounting.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the management of three full-time employees.PAY & BENEFITS
