The Administrative Assistant - II provides administrative support to the office of assignment. Assists with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the office.Responsibilities:

Assists in managing the office calendar and schedule, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.Handles incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail.Assists in preparing and editing documents, such as memos, reports, and presentations.Supports meeting logistics, including preparing meeting materials and taking minutes.Assists with travel arrangements for staff members.Performs general administrative duties, such as maintaining files and records, ordering supplies, and greeting visitors.Provides support to team members and managers as required.Minimum Requirements:

Minimum two (2) years of experience in an administrative support role.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Good written and verbal communication skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.
