The Administrative Assistant - IV provides comprehensive administrative support to the office of assignment. Performs a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.Responsibilities:

Manages the office calendar and schedule, making appointments and travel arrangements for staff members.Handles incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.Prepares and edits documents, including memos, reports, and presentations.Assists with meeting logistics, including preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing meeting materials.Coordinates and organizes events and conferences.Performs general office duties, such as maintaining files and records, ordering supplies, and greeting visitors.Assists with budget tracking and expense reports.Provides general administrative support to team members and managers.Handles confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Performs other duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements:

Minimum five (5) years of experience in an administrative support role.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.Ability to maintain confidentiality.TS/SCI with Polygraph.Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.
