Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic
Outside Sales Representative
to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their qualifications, and performing successful enrollments. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service, ability to be patient, negotiation skills, and a strong desire to be rewarded for their hard work and commitment.
Responsibilities
Travel to jobsite
Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
Meet or exceed designated sales targets
Create and implement an effective sales strategy
Perform successful enrollments for qualified customers in customer relationship management (CRM) programs
Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
Keep track of all allotted inventory
Qualifications
Must have Transportation
No Experience needed, but helpful
Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
Strong verbal communication skills
A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
