We areseeking a skilled Senior Academic HR Analyst to join our team. This positioninvolves recommending, developing, implementing, administering, coordinating,and/or evaluating Academic Human Resources policies, labor contracts, statutes,programs, and procedures covering one or more of the following: academicrecruitment, appointment, and advancement; compensation and salaryadministration; faculty welfare programs; visa procurement; benefits; payroll;training and development; faculty misconduct; and faculty equity.Salary offers are determined based on various factors including,but not limited to, qualifications, experience, and equity. UCLA Health annualsalary range for this position is $76,200.00 - $158,800.00. Please note thatthe department's target pay range is $76,200.00 - $151,000.00.Qualifications
Required
:Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience /trainingRequires thorough knowledge of and ability to apply / interpretorganization and college policies and procedures which govern academic HRThorough knowledge of organization and college goals, prioritiesand values and the legal and human implications of decisions.Thorough knowledge of systemwide and organization policies, unioncontracts, procedures and practices that govern academic HR administration.Knowledge of trends in academia, especially in areas of academicplanning, human resource management and administration.Ability to analyze complex management issues, develop projectscope and solutions, give professional advice to senior officials and makecritical decisions regarding personnel.Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.Excellent critical and innovative thinking to address moderatelycomplex issues and present nuanced analyses
