Position Purpose :Senior Software Engineer with deep hands-on experience in .NET Full Stack development and experience in providing production support for .NET web applications. The .NET Developer will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting production applications, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the stability and performance of our systems.Job Objective:Responsible for design, develop, deploy and support of .NET based scalable web applications.Responsible for collaboration with cross-functional team to understand the business requirements and translate it to solutions ensuring that design is in line with the business requirements.Be involved in analysis and design phases of a project, participate in application design sessions, and make solution recommendations.Collaborate with offshore developers, and QA to implement fixes and enhancements to production applications.Support developers by providing technical clarifications, code design, and code reviews.Provide production support for .NET web applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.Monitor application performance and implement performance tuning strategies.Develop and maintain technical documentation for production systems.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of production support activities.Execute patches and proactive remediation/replace/updates for existing Applications and Azure cloud resources they rely on.Experience in Azure cloud capabilities including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing/improving availability and performance of applications.Work cooperatively in a team environment. Remain flexible on changing workloads.Experience/Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.Minimum 8+ years of strong knowledge and expertise in .NET, .NET Core, and Azure.Experience in .NET application development technologies, such as C#, ASP.net MVC, Web Forms, Web API, WCF, ADO.net, Entity Framework, SQL Server.Proficient in database development, and query optimization T-SQL, Azure SQL.Experience in Front End technologies HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap.Knowledge or experience in SignalR.Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO) practices Boards, Git Repos, CI/CD pipelines.Strong knowledge and understanding of object-oriented programming and SOLID principles, design patterns, best practices, dependency injection, containers, and Responsive Design.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft .NET Azure certifications, such as AZ-900, AZ-204.Knowledge of Automobile, Online Auctions, Classifieds industry.CultureBarrett-Jackson's culture is live and in-person our business to the core.
