Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Restaurant Operations to lead our company's operational strategies and drive efficiency, productivity, and growth. As a key member of the executive team, the Vice President of Operations will play a crucial role in shaping the company's success through strategic planning, process improvement, and effective leadership.Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of operations to ensure smooth functioning and alignment with organizational goalsLead the development and implementation of restaurant operational strategies to enhance performance and profitabilityDrive business development initiatives to expand market presence and revenue streamsManage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaborationSpearhead process improvement projects to optimize operational efficiency and effectivenessCollaborate with senior leadership to set strategic objectives and execute plans for sustainable growthNegotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to support operational needsMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvementExperience:
