What You’ll DoCreate go-to-market plans that translate brand business plans into 4P guidelines by promoted group by channelDevelop LSM (Local Success Model- 4p’s) to create specific objectives for each channel and class of tradeHarmonize pricing models to create coherence across channelsProvide market feedback to business GMs and marketing organizationsCreate the capability to deliver category management decision-making support to key customersSupport planning and logistics needs for customer-facing and customer management eventsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective customer engagement strategies.Utilize data analytics tools to gain insights into customer behavior, preferences, and trends.Monitor customer feedback, identify pain points, and propose solutions to enhance customer experience.Spearhead projects that improve customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.Build strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring long-term partnerships.Keep abreast of market developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.The Skills You Will Bring to the TeamAbility to develop and execute customer-centric strategies aligned with business goals.Proficiency in analyzing customer data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.Excellent verbal and written communication to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders.Understanding customer pain points and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.Experience in leading cross-functional projects and achieving desired outcomes.Thriving in a dynamic environment and adjusting strategies based on changing customer demands.
