The company is a plant-based food company, founded in Tokyo, Japan. You will be responsible for managing all efforts by the company's entire sales team, strategically planning and launching new products or services while ensuring customer satisfaction.Responsibilities and Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, performance metrics, and generate reports.Work closely with the marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.Perform other projects as assigned.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field desirable.Proven experience in outside sales, business development, and sales leadership, preferably to premium and natural grocery retailers such as Erewhon, Gelson's, etc.Sales skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.Strong negotiation and account management skills.Ability to foster teamwork with peers in all cross-functional departments.Proficient in using sales and CRM software.Ability to travel to customer locations or attend industry events as necessary.
