Job Summary:We are looking for dedicated

Towing and Roadside Service Operators

to join our platform. You will join a dynamic business network supported by RidenRoll, where businesses collaborate on experiences, marketing, and user engagement. The main responsibilities will include responding promptly to dispatch calls, safely loading and transporting vehicles, and providing excellent customer service. You will assist clients by clearly communicating the towing process and addressing their concerns professionally. Regular truck inspection and maintenance are essential to ensure safety and operability. You will use GPS for efficient routing, adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations, and comply with company policies. Additionally, you will offer roadside assistance services such as jump-starts, tire changes, and lockout services, as well as operating equipment safely and according to guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to dispatch calls for towing and recovery services.

Safely load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using appropriate equipment.

Transport vehicles to designated locations such as repair shops, impound lots, or customer residences.

Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and courteously with clients.

Assist customers in understanding the towing process and handling their concerns professionally.

Regularly inspect and maintain the tow truck to ensure it is in safe and operational condition.

Complete all required paperwork accurately, including towing records, invoices, and incident reports.

Use GPS and other navigation tools to plan and follow the most efficient routes.

Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the tow truck.

Provide roadside assistance services such as jump-starts, tire changes, and lockout services.

Qualifications:

Must have a working mobile phone.

Proven experience as a tow truck operator or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and towing equipment.

Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.

Ability to handle stressful situations and provide high-quality customer service.

Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for towing operations.

Certification in towing and recovery (optional but preferred).

Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy equipment and vehicles.

Ability to work in various weather conditions and at different times of the day or night.

Must own and maintain a reliable and fully operational tow truck, ideally less than ten (10) years old.

Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Basic knowledge of GPS and navigation tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Insurance & Compliance:Your company must maintain its business license, commercial general liability of one million dollars, workers' compensation of one million dollars, and a million-dollar auto insurance policy for each occurrence limit and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Note:Applicants should provide documents such as, but not limited to, proof of vehicle ownership, a business permit, and insurance documents, and demonstrate their capability to maintain the tow truck in good working condition. Regular inspections and maintenance records of the tow truck may also be required.
