We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ultrasound Technician (Sonographer) to join our dynamic imaging department in the Boston area. As an Ultrasound Technician, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to provide accurate and timely diagnoses through advanced ultrasound imaging technology. Responsibilities for an Ultrasound Technologist:Perform ultrasound examinations with precision and proficiency, adhering to established protocols.Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.Prepare and position patients correctly for optimal scan quality.Operate ultrasound equipment proficiently and make necessary adjustments to obtain high-quality images.Perform a variety of ultrasound exams, including abdominal, pelvic, obstetric, and vascular studies.Qualifications for a Sonographer:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field.ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) certification required.Minimum of 2 years of general ultrasound experience, with OB experience preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering compassionate patient care.To take the first step towards finding your new opportunity, apply now.
