Develop and implement recruiting strategies to source, attract, and hire top-quality candidates.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including identifying talent needs, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of the roles.Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., social media, job boards, networking events, employee referrals) to build a strong candidate pipeline.Provide a great candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.Coordinate and conduct initial interviews and assessments.Negotiate job offers and finalize the hiring process.Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.Proficient with HR software and applicant tracking systems.Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.Strong decision-making skills.
