The Montgomery Village Foundation (MVF) Board of Directors is seeking a volunteer to serve as Treasurer. After several years of service to the community, Treasurer Stephen Taylor resigned the position in mid-March, and it was publicly announced at the March MVF Board of Directors meeting.Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the Treasurer include:Working in coordination with the MVF CFO to oversee the accounting and treasury functions of MVF.Being an active member of both the Audit and Investment committees.Providing high-level review and presentation of MVF’s monthly financial statements to the Board at the monthly meetings.MVF Board Treasurer (Volunteer)
