We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Data Scientist to join our team. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead advanced analytics projects, develop machine learning models, and provide strategic insights to drive business growth and decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior data scientists, and contribute to the development of data-driven strategies and solutions.Department:

Lead and execute end-to-end data science projects, from data collection and preprocessing to model development, evaluation, and deployment.Utilize advanced statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data mining methods to extract insights, patterns, and predictions from large datasets.Develop predictive models, recommendation systems, and optimization algorithms to solve complex business problems and improve decision-making processes.Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering to identify relevant variables, trends, and correlations in data sets.Collaborate with data engineers to design and optimize data pipelines, data integration processes, and data architecture for scalability and efficiency.Implement best practices for data governance, data quality assurance, and regulatory compliance in data science initiatives.Mentor and coach junior data scientists, provide technical guidance, and share knowledge on data science methodologies, tools, and techniques.Communicate findings, insights, and model results to stakeholders and senior management through clear and compelling reports, presentations, and visualizations.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and research advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence (AI).Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define success metrics, and align data science projects with strategic goals and priorities.Other duties as assigned.DESIRED SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Data Scientist, with a focus on developing and deploying machine learning models and advanced analytics solutions in real-world applications.Expertise in data science methodologies, statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning), and model evaluation techniques.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and experience with data manipulation, visualization, and modeling libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, data pipelines, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark) for big data processing.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and technologies for scalable data processing, storage, and analytics.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with a track record of delivering data-driven insights and solutions that drive business impact.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence decisions and drive change through data-driven recommendations.Publications, patents, or contributions to the data science community and open-source projects are desirable but not required.REQUIRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree or pursuing in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
