Every one of our 'ohana needs to feel aloha and genuinely extend aloha to all, be they guests or colleagues, strangers or friends.Assists the Area Director of Housekeeping in a managerial role with the effective and efficient operation of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring clean facilities and genuine hospitality for guest comfort and relaxation. Directly responsible for the day-to-day housekeeping operations of a branded property in the guest rooms and public areas. Handles guest issues and concerns to ensure resolution to the satisfaction of the guest and the Company. Oversees the Housekeeping department budget, staffing, taking inventory and ordering supplies as needed for guests and cleaning supplies.Minimum Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required.Two years housekeeping supervisory experience or hotel managerial experience or an equivalent combination of education training and/or experience preferred.Ability to read and understand various correspondence, literature, reports, and basic mathematical functions.Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing to employees, internal and external associates and guests.Must be flexible to work any day and shift.Come Work Here!Salary: $61,000-67,100, with potential for adjustment based on factors such as an applicant’s skills, experience, and/or education.Benefits:Health Insurance (Dental, Medical, Prescription, Vision)Paid Holidays, Sick, Vacation and Medical LeaveRetirement Plan (401K)Recognition and Award ProgramsEmployee Assistance ProgramDiscounted Hotel RatesMany opportunities for growth through our training and development programs!*Please note that benefits may vary depending on position or property.
