We are seeking an Attorney to join our Litigation group. This non-partnership track position is open to our Philadelphia and Short Hills offices.

Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania
Admitted to practice in New Jersey
Experience
3 to 6 years of experience with civil litigation in state and federal courts
Preferred experience in conducting and defending depositions, managing a case docket, and appearing in court

Bilingual in English and Spanish
Background in finance or accounting
Strong analytical and writing skills
Attention to detail
Good business judgment
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
