For more information, click here .Role reports to: Director Global Hair Care Insights and InnovationLocation: Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025Travel %: 10%Pay: $103,000 - $177,100What you will doThe Senior Brand Manager - Brand Development is responsible for mining for insights, supporting the Director on strategy, developing new concepts and products, building strong networks, overseeing staff performance, and developing assets to support product launches. As a Manager, you will work across all elements of the marketing mix and use appropriate channels of communication to ensure brand integrity and meet future needs and expectations.Key Responsibilities includeDevelop new concepts and products; support development of the brand innovation pipelineLead team and cross-functional teams to ensure On time in full (OTIF) product launchesIdentify and capitalize on market trends to drive brand growth and increase Household penetrationCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.Manage and mentor a team of brand professionals to ensure high-quality work and professional development.Provide appropriate promotional materials and work across all elements of the marketing mix and use appropriate channels of communicationWhat we are looking forRequired QualificationsA minimum of 8 years of experience in brand management, development, innovation or related field.A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand launches.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive brand growth.Proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive business plans.Ability to work productively with external agencies and cross functional groups within the organization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Desired QualificationsExperience with Kantar, Nielsen or related market research toolsWhat's in it for youAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $103,000 - $177,100 .
