Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.Travel %: 10%Pay: $113,000 - $195,500We are looking for an innovation manager to join the KENVUE(R) team based in Summit, NJ, USA, as Nutritionals (Zarbees) Innovation Senior Manager.In this role, you will pioneer a path forward for KENVUE to play a larger role in the supplements category. As a primarily OTC-focused portfolio, the current KENVUE Self Care business is looking for leadership developing our strategy into and process around supplements. Which brand(s) should play in the space? How should we play? How are we seen as leaders? The work is inclusive of but not limited to the ZARBEES equity.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a strategic recommendation for where/how to play in the nutritionals space with existing equities (e.g., in the pain, digestive, allergy and skin need states that Kenvue leads today)Partner with R&D and Supply Chain to develop roadmap to commercializing future nutritionals priorities (inclusive of partnering to extend EM and supplier networks, identify new strategic partners, and build new paths to market)Partner with brand leads to build strategic plans that advance innovation roadmaps beyond existing (skin, OTC) need statesStay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to enhance our innovation efforts.Lead the process around Nutritionals/Supplements ways of working for the organization- what does the process look like to commercialization, who are the stakeholders, and what form(s) of governance are most productivePartner closely with Business Development, the Scientific Organization, Technology, Supply Chain and regional Commercial OrganizationsDeliver winning innovation opportunities through strong collaboration with the brand-market combinations (BMCs), based on consumer needs.Brings the Kenvue Promise to lifeWhat we are looking forRequired QualificationsA Bachelors Degree or the equivalentA minimum of 8 years work experienceA minimum of 5years of experience with marketing/branding in the Nutritional/Supplements categoryExperience in executing in a similar integrated brand leadership role within a consumer-packaged goods organization, preferably with a breadth of industry (supplements/nutritionals) experience.Experience collaborating with regional teamsAbility to travel 20% .Desired QualificationsExperience innovating in the 0 to 1 space in the Nutritionals/Supplements category; comfortable moving from ideation and white space identification into first steps to moving projects forward.Evidence of having worked in a complex/multi-factorial environment making the complex simple.Experience in working with E2E cross functional teams.Eagerness to build in white spaces, and create new norms for an organization, challenging the status quo along the wayDemonstrated experience managing E2E innovation processes and global pipeline development (including creation of breakthrough and/or disruptive innovation) resulting in sustained global brand growth.Proven experience in managing the complexity of working across numerous time zones, influencing senior level stakeholders, and managing & inspiring team members across various levels who are not direct reports.Experience working with R&D, Market Research, Communications Agencies, Finance, Sales and Project Management is required.Experience working with Legal, Regulatory, and global partners is preferred.What's in it for youAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $113,00 to $195,500.
