Your responsibilities
We're looking for energetic, determined, and high-performing sales professionals to join our Business Development team as Business Development Representatives (SDR/BDR). This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly-growing, profitable and self-funded start-up, learn valuable business development skills, and make an impact.
As a BDR who joins our growing business development team in NYC, you will seek out new business opportunities and start meaningful conversations with potential clients in the US, our biggest market.
During your first year at UpSlide, you will:
Research companies, sectors, and markets to optimize our prospection strategy and processesStay up-to-date on key events and trends in the financial services spaceWork closely with the senior business development team (Account Executives and Client Success Managers) to strategize on key accounts, industries and geographiesSecure initial meetings with senior executives and generate new business opportunities in the US through effectively managing, qualifying and converting leads.Effectively manage, qualify, and convert inbound leads to viable opportunitiesBuild, implement and manage intelligent multi-channel outbound prospection campaignsWork with our Business Development Manager and Head of Business Development to look for opportunities to innovate and optimize lead generationYou are a great fit if you have:
A consistent track record of achieving your objectivesA proactive attitude with goal-driven team player spiritAnalytical skills and curiosityStrong organization and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWe'd love it if:
