Business Development Representative

Business Development - Sandy, UT

We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our high-performing team. As a BDR, you will be at the forefront of generating new business opportunities by engaging with potential customers through a combination of outbound calling, targeted email campaigns, and strategic HubSpot sequences.

Your primary focus will be identifying and qualifying leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel while working closely with our sales representatives to convert them into qualified opportunities.

Essential FunctionsGenerate qualified leads

and create introductions for sales representatives through the defined sales processCollaborate closely

with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted outreach campaignsLeverage HubSpot

to create and manage effective email sequences and workflows, nurture leads, and track campaign performanceExecute outbound prospecting

activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social outreach to identify and qualify potential customers based on the sales processConduct initial discovery calls

to assess prospect needs and determine fit with our offerings.Enter data into HubSpot

of prospect interactions and activities in HubSpot to execute automation campaignsContinuously analyze campaign performance

by tracking deals and providing insights for optimization.Stay informed

about industry trends, competitor activities, and product offeringsJob Requirements

1-3 years experience utilizing multiple avenues to qualify and acquire new customersProven experience with HubSpot to create and execute highly effective outreach campaignsExtensive knowledge of HubSpot automation and the ability to onboard, rollout, and assist BDR and Marketing groups with deployment strategies of new toolsDepth of knowledge in lead gen best practices with CRM landing pages, campaign structure, targeting, reporting, etc.Demonstrated success in utilizing other prospecting tools to build and nurture a robust pipeline with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and other marketing teamsExcitement - Love the journey and help motivate others to do the sameExperience with platforms like LinkedIn and a willingness to learn new platformsAdditional Information:
