Join our collaborative team as an Operations Support Specialist. The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Operations Department. Pay Range: $42K/yr - $52K/yr

to learn more about our company.Responsibilities:Coordinate administrative tasks, requests, and queries from senior management and the Operations Department.Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Provide support to Field Operations through call handling, email correspondence, and coordination of field requests.Assist in the execution and monitoring of ongoing departmental projects.Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including tracking and distribution.Act as a direct support to the Director of Operations, assisting in scheduling, reporting, and other administrative duties as assigned.Social Media Responsibilities:Develop and publish engaging content across various social media platforms to enhance the company’s online presence.Collaborate with management to align social media aesthetics and branding.Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts, including scheduling, copywriting, and engagement.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels.Generate analytics reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform future social media strategies.Qualifications:2-3 years of experience in social media marketing is preferred but not required.Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Canva.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word.Exceptional time management and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Proactive mindset with the ability to plan and execute various tasks independently.High level of professionalism, integrity, and responsibility.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Working Conditions:Office/Outdoor Environment – sitting at a desk, physical requirements, such as climbing, standing, stooping, or typing.
