You will start as a financial professional who works hand-in-hand with clients to build your experience as you move through the program’s requirements. Our programs give you the ability to work with highly successful, established agents and managers who assist you in developing a clientele. New York Life provides the resources and ongoing support you would expect from a Fortune 100 company.Responsibilities:
Transition into management as an Associate Partner once you have achieved the program requirements.Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager.Help clients reach their financial goals using a hands-on approach to developing customized, long-term strategies that meet their needs.Employ a comprehensive array of financial products and services including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds when presenting clients with solutions.Select, hire, and grow your financial professionals team as an associate partner.Qualifications:
Knowledge of cultural markets a plus.Sales experience necessary.Spanish, Portuguese, or other language fluency is beneficial.Must have financial services industry and/or insurance industry experience.Highly motivated and goal-oriented professional looking for a challenging yet rewarding occupation.Compensation:
$70,000 - $162,000 yearly
