Compensation: Starting at $150,000+ annually with plan-based incentives.
Responsibilities:
- Employ a comprehensive array of financial products including life insurance, annuities, and mutual funds to provide solutions to clients.
- Hire and lead your own team of financial professionals as an associate partner.
- Complete the program requirements and transition into management as an associate partner.
- Develop personalized, long-term financial strategies and assist clients in achieving their goals.
- Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive six-month program designed to prepare you for management success.
- Gain hands-on experience as a financial professional, with eligibility for promotion to Associate Partner after approximately 12 months.
- Build and lead your own team with support from a Fortune 100 company, including ongoing training and development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of cultural markets is helpful.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language are a plus.
- Experience in insurance or financial services is required.
- Sales experience is required.
- Must reside in West Texas; this is not a remote position.
