COLD FUSION/.NET DEVELOPER

We are looking for a Cold Fusion/.NET Developer in DC:Responsibilities:Develop and maintain data driven web based applications using ColdFusion, SQL, HTML and AJAX coding.Perform thorough unit testing of the program logic.Collaborate with other members of the agency and with peers throughout the software development life cycle.Gather requirements by directly interfacing with the client.Contribute to and maintain system standards.Resolve support and helpdesk requests as submitted by staff.Research and implement new technologies as they become available.Document code according to agency approved guidelines.Develop documentation related to functionality as required.Requirements:Well-versed with Windows 2008 R2 operating system and configuration of IIS web server.Strong proficiency in relational database modeling, design and development.Expertise working with Microsoft SQL Server R2 with extensive experience in writing complex SQL queries.Ability/Willing to work with SharePoint applications.Experience working with system architecture and design patterns.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a government background investigation.Desired Skills:C#/.NET and SharePoint 2010 experience as a great plus to support/enhance one or more systems.jQuery experience to enhance the usability and aesthetics of web applications.Experience working with various design patterns.
