Job Title:
OBIEE–HR Analytics (Functional)
Location:
Cleveland, Ohio
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Rich experience in OBIA – Oracle Business Intelligence Applications – This is a MUST.
- Strong concept in overall OBIA like Informatica configuration, DAC Configuration & OBIEE implementation - This is a MUST.
- Installation & configuration of OBIA – HR Analytics – This is a MUST.
- Strong experience in Siebel Data Model.
- Strong concept in out of box Informatica mappings like SDE, SIL, PLP mappings in HR Analytics.
- Strong concept in ETL, Data warehouse, and performance tuning.
- Experienced in report design documentation & gap analysis for OBIA projects.
- Delivered at least 2-3 projects in OBIA from end to end (Source to OBIEE Reports, including Informatica mappings configuration & DAC implementation).
- Worked with users in requirement gathering and developing functional and technical specifications.
