Our client is looking for an Accounting Manager with 4-5 years of full-cycle accounting experience in the nonprofit industry. This is a Contract position through at least September. Great culture and team oriented!

Responsibilities:

Full cycle Payroll, Accounts Payable, Billing and Accounts Receivable

Obtain approvals from managers for invoices and expense reports that match with receiving reports/packing slips

High volume invoices, and expense reports into NetSuite and process cash disbursement process in Costpoint

Prepare weekly payments, Timesheet Collection and Run Payroll, Collect, and process a bi-monthly timesheet

Support the month-end closing, Assist the Balance Sheet reconciliation, provide other support as needed

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

4-year degree in Accounting

Experience using NetSuite or Paycom is preferred

Experience in non-profit strongly preferred

4-5 years of relevant experience
