cPort Credit Union is currently accepting applications for a full-time Compliance & Audit Program Manager. The Compliance & Audit Program Manager position ensures that the credit union complies with all legal and regulatory requirements and meets all regulator expectations regarding the credit union's Compliance Program and Audit Program. The Compliance & Audit Program Manager will report to cPort's SVP - General Counsel.Responsibilities

Act as liaison with the credit union's outside auditor. Work with General Counsel to determine the annual audit schedule. Work with other Credit Union staff to gather and deliver required data and documents to the outside auditor. Schedule and lead all meetings between the outside auditor and Credit Union staff. Track all auditor findings and recommendations, along with management responses, to ensure all related work is completed.Provide quarterly status reports to the Compliance Committee.Manage the compliance monitoring review process. Work with the business lines to identify the cause of any errors found and provide advice and support regarding any resulting remediation.Oversee the Credit Union’s vendor management program, including conducting vendor management reviews and revising related forms and procedures as needed.Manage the Credit Union’s complaint response program.Ensure that the business lines have procedures related to regulatory requirements, and that those procedures will produce compliant results. Work with the business lines to identify and implement effective controls related to their regulatory requirements, including systemic limitations, targeted training, and quality control reviews.Support the General Counsel in preparing for, engaging in, and responding to regulatory examinations.Requirements

A bachelor’s degree, and/or relevant certifications from ACU (formerly NAFCU and CUNA), ABA, or ICBAProficient in Microsoft Office ProductsStrong ability to develop relationships internally and externally.Advanced critical thinking and analytical skillsRisk-based decision making, problem solving and conflict resolution skillsExcellent oral and written business communication skillsLocation
