About the Role:
You will be responsible for leading and executing graphic design for location marketing and educational materials across the Earth. These materials will shape the look and feel of the locations, as well as how we convey to users who we are, what our mission is, and what does this mean for them. You will work directly with diverse stakeholders across the organization to understand the strategic and operational needs and translate them into compelling, simple, local, and accessible design materials that maintain a high creative standard. Your work will have high visibility and support strategic priorities for many teams across the organization (e.g., product, operations, legal, data privacy, communications, etc.).In this role, you will:Conceptualize and design creative ideas and concepts for print materialsWork on multiple projects at the same time for different markets around the world and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines without compromising qualityYou will be responsible for designing graphic and marketing materials, assisting, and collaborating with other team membersCreate visual assets, graphic materials, sketch and concept ideas, work on a wide range of print materials and merchandiseWork with a wider group of designers, and producers as well cross-functional stakeholders from all around the company (e.g., Market Operations, Trust & Safety, Communications, etc.)Execute design and revisions according to creative directionExperience with simplifying and communicating ideas to broad audiencesStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesAbout You :
3+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on print designProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, and other graphic design softwareStrong understanding of typography, layout, and colour theoryStrong eye for design, page composition and layoutHands-on design skills and creation of high-fidelity mockups, illustrations, and assetsAbility to work independently and collaboratively on projects across teamsExperience working in both digital and print designKnowledge of press and printing processesStrong communication skills and presentation skillsExperience working with design systems for large brands across projectsBonus qualifications:Past experience with digital marketing design for different range of marketsExperience with motion graphics or video productionCreating high-fidelity mockup and assetsThe reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH in San Francisco ranges from
$70,000 - $100,000 , plus a competitive long term incentive package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
