New York Metro Area law firm with national practice seeks attorneys with construction litigation experience in defense work. New York Bar required and New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania Bars a plus. Excellent work environment and opportunity for qualified candidates, with flexibility on office location and hybrid work from home schedule.We are looking for Construction Litigation Labor Law Attorney to join a growing team that handles a significant amount of construction litigation cases. The right candidate will have substantive experience handling cases that deal with Labor Law Sections 240(1) and 241(6), as well as contractual indemnification issues between the parties. Strong Labor Law deposition experience a must. The attorney will join a thriving team and manage their own cases day to day with collaboration and availability from Team Leaders. The attorney will report to clients and carriers, appear in Court for conferences and motions, comply with discovery, take and defend depositions, coordinate medical examinations and prepare and file motions.
