Our amazing Corporate Analytics team is growing, and we are looking for a highly motivated Senior Data Analyst who is passionate about data and has a strong analytical background to join us. This role will be a key role in the People department and will be responsible for supporting monday.com organizational growth through the art and science of people and data.Your role will be to bring your expert analytical ability to provide people insights and recognize emerging opportunities for streamlining business processes and improving the productivity of all departments within the company.About The Role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will:Define, build, and track People related OKRs.Perform deep-dive analysis related to people’s productivity and cross-company collaboration.Build reports and dashboards using BI tools.Lead various systems integration to the data cloud.Synthesize data and trends into actionable insights.Monitor data quality and integrity.Inform data-driven decision-making with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership.Your Experience & Skills

3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst / Data Analyst / BI role.Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of data, paying attention to details.Experience working with BI / Data Visualization tools (Tableau or similar BI tool).Expert in SQL.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.Proven ability to build relationships and work in a team as well as an independent environment.Degree in quantitative fields, with strong analytical orientation - advantage.Trustworthy and able to maintain a high level of discretion in working with sensitive and highly confidential information.Storytelling and presentation skills.Familiar with APIs and integration processes.We believe in equal opportunity.monday.com is an equal opportunity employer and bans discrimination and harassment of any kind. monday.com is committed to the standard of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to creating and maintaining a workplace free of discrimination and harassment.All qualified applicants will be considered for employment regardless of any personal characteristic.
