About the Position:Our client, one of Chicago’s top mid-size law firms, is actively seeking a mid-level commercial finance associate to join its nationally-recognized practice. Target candidates will have outstanding academic credentials, strong law firm experience, and the desire to work on a wide variety of sophisticated asset-based and cash-flow loan transactions. This practice handles significant loan transactions annually, representing banks and financial institutions in complex financial matters, including agented and single lender secured lending transactions, mezzanine loans, leveraged acquisitions, and loan restructurings.
