hybrid (Tuesdays and Wednesdays in office) ,

full-time ,

direct hire

opportunity. Compensation for this position is expected to be

$60-75k

depending on experience level and fit.

What You'll Do:SEM/Paid Search management and execution in Google Ads (Microsoft Ads a plus)Develop and recommend budget levels based on client goals and objectivesCreate, categorize, and refine keyword lists to create a comprehensive campaign that drives qualified visitors to client sitesImplement successful bidding strategies and effective keyword management using third party software and metrics dataMonitor audiences, device, and location targeting efforts on a regular basis to maximize campaign efficiency and performanceCommunicate regularly on status, timeline, budget, deliverables, performance reporting, and competitive intelligence analysisFormat and prepare regularly scheduled search reports for clients. Reports would be in the form of data visualization platforms or Excel tables, graphs, summaries, and slidesExperience with (but not required) social ad platforms such as YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and TwitterWhat You'll Need:

BA in marketing, advertising, communications or equivalentGoogle Ads Search Certification preferred1 year SEM account management or comparable digital experience and strategic thinkingStrong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate tasks and client needsAbility to successfully manage and prioritize multiple campaigns in a deadline-driven atmosphereStrong analytical skills: ability to gather, analyze, summarize, and present dataExpert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel; proficiency in Word and PowerPointExcellent organizational and time management skillsExperience in Google Ads, Google Display Network, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Data Studio and Analytics (desired but not required)
